I was just packing up at the office this evening and another agent obviously frustrated, turned to me and another Realtor and said, “How would you feel if you hired an agent to market your largest investment and they did not include any photographs in the Multiple Listing Service?” My first reaction to her was laziness on the agents part and another agent gave a different perspective of it being the fault of the sellers. He stated that maybe they were given specific instructions from their Realtor to make changes and the sellers did not do it in a timely manner and therefore the agent did not photograph the property. There is a small window of time where it will show that “no picture is available”, until it is uploaded into the Multiple Listing Service. After that period of time it is anyones guess of why the photos are not there.

After thinking about our conversation at the office, I was thinking to myself…”is there anything worse that no photo at all?” I will let you decide for yourself. Here’s to the first post of the Worst MLS Photo of the Day!
