To those of you that have not discovered Trulia, I must tell you about it.  If you notice on my blog, there is a tab that will take you directly to the site.  Not only can you do a comprehensive search of homes in the area, you can also ask for advise from local Realtors (for free and no obligations!!!)  Trulia.com is the fastest growing Real Estate Web-Site in the U.S., so go ahead and check it out…you will become addicted as I have become.

Have a Real Estate question you don’t know the answer to?  Sumbit your question, and within minutes you will receive multiple answers from local Real Estate Professionals.  Agents such as myself are alerted when a new question is posted in the area of expertise that we feel comfortable responding to.  For instance, whenever a question is submitted about Gwinnett County, I am immediately e-mailed that a question has been asked.  After reviewing the question, if it is something that I feel comfortable answering, I submit my answer along with other Real Estate Professionals.  The consumer is then presented with several answers and points of view from agents with different experience levels, markets and expertise.
