This is an interesting feature that I stumbled across on Zillow called “Make Me Move”.  For those of you who are not in a hurry and don’t want or feel like you need the marketing efforts of an agent…this is for you!   Just list your property (free) for the price that will “Make you Move”.  If someone is interested in your home at your magic price you may just be able to work out a deal.  There are many success stories and testimonials on the site for sellers it has worked for.  Not a bad idea for those with high profile neighborhoods and school districts.  If any of my readers give this a shot or know of someone that has had success, please share!!
